Finding my way back is why I do this work.

Along the way I built clinical programs and teams inside venture-backed behavioral health companies and served as a board president. I know what it's like to be the person everyone counts on, and I know what that costs when no one is counting what you carry.

My approach is simple: the relationship is everything.

I'm a therapist, a yoga teacher, and a meditation guide, and I don't lean on any one method. I pull from all of them to help you work through what has happened, build tools for what's ahead, and find your way back into your body and your own life.

How I work

Come in sweatpants. Bring a snack. Use real language.

  • Change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest.

So before anything else, my job is to be someone you can actually talk to.

  • No awkward silences, no "how does that make you feel?" on repeat.

Just real conversation, tools you can use the same day, and a plan built around you.

  • Therapy is self-care. So is chocolate.

    You're allowed to have both.

Care for the whole person

You're not one problem. You're a whole person.

Stress doesn't stay in one corner of your life. It follows you into your relationships, your body, your work, and your bank account.

So I don't treat care as one-size-fits-all. Some weeks you need a 60-minute therapy session. Some weeks 30 minutes is exactly enough. Sometimes the best thing we can do is pause for a guided meditation or a movement practice. And sometimes what you need is a massage or physical therapy, which sits outside what I do. I'll provide the care I'm able to provide, and when someone else would serve you better, I'll send you to someone I trust. I have working relationships with medical, holistic, and wellness providers, so you're not left searching on your own.
